1. The service
IDEA→STACK produces build plans ("Blueprints") from a plain-language description and an interview. A Blueprint is a research document. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice, and we do not guarantee that following it produces a working product.
2. Accounts
You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may connect several sign-in methods; we link identities that share the same verified email.
3. One-time Blueprints — immediate delivery and withdrawal
When you buy a one-time Blueprint, the research starts as soon as payment succeeds. By ticking the consent box at checkout you ask us to begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once performance has begun. One-time Blueprints are not refundable after generation starts.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions grant a monthly allowance of Blueprint generations, revisions and chat messages as described on the pricing page. Unused monthly allowance does not carry over. Purchased top-up packs are valid for 12 months. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. If a renewal is charged and you have used none of that period's allowance, you can request a refund of that renewal within 7 days from Settings and we issue it automatically.
5. Acceptable use
We decline requests that are illegal, that are designed to harm or deceive people, or that we otherwise decide not to build; the interview tells you before you pay. You may not use the service to infringe others' rights, to generate unsolicited bulk messaging, or to probe or overload the service.
6. Your content and our deliverables
You keep the rights to what you tell us. You receive a perpetual licence to use the Blueprints delivered to you. We may use anonymised, aggregated information about requests to improve the service.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
If you open a payment dispute, we may suspend generation and chat on your account until it is resolved; your library stays readable.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email. Questions: support@[domain].
